Welcome to Zera Press

Zera Press is an independent publishing company based in Seattle, Washington. It is owned and operated by Laura Enridge Zera.

Our mission is clear: to feature travel and human-interest stories on topics that aren't often available, in the hopes of breaking down the invisible barriers that keep people distant.

Our world has evolved to become an intimate global village, yet it is filled with conflicts of epic proportions. Zera Press believes that the more we know about each other, the more we will do to ensure each other's long-term peace, health and prosperity, whether it be for your neighbor next door, or someone thousands of miles away that you've never even met.

Back from Africa (Again!)

At the end of 2007, Laura returned from a six-month stint in Cameroon, where she worked for the Grameen Foundation and experienced some wonderful new adventures.

Stay tuned for more travel stories!
